Responsibilities / Job Description :
Job Descriptions
? Gathering user requirement and analysis pain points from customers.
? Works with sales to develop, design and architect solutions build competitive proposed solution.
? Provide the technical solutions, BOM, TOR, comply proposal to the customers for project.
? Serve as the point of contact between the customer and Development Team.
? Support team with basic technical knowledge in IT: Network (Cisco or any other brand) LAN/WAN, Internet and Network security etc.
? Contribute to solution design for the client that will enable achievement of business strategy and client objectives.
? Develop strong relationships with counterpart sales team, solution provider & partners.
? Self-learning and study on new trends and technologies.
? Presales for SI Solution.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
? รับผิดชอบการสนับสนุนงานก่อนขาย เช่น การออกแบบระบบ การจัดทำเอกสารนำเสนอ การเขียนความต้องการทางด้านเทคนิค การทำ Comply Spec หรือ TOR และอื่นๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย
? ให้คำปรึกษาและนำเสนอสินค้า IT หรือ IT Solution ให้ลูกค้า พร้อมออกแบบระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
? นำเสนอและตอบคำถามข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
? สนับสนุนทีมขายในการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ
? พบลูกค้าในเขตกรุงเทพฯและต่างจังหวัด เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์กรและโอกาสในการร่วมงานกับลูกค้าในอนาคต

หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Presale หรือ Engineer จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถเจรจาต่อรองและวางแผน คิดอย่างเป็นระบบ (System Thinking) และทักษะการนำเสนอ (Presentation Skill)
อดทนต่อสภาวะกดดันได้ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย
มีรถของตนเองและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
