As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute various digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze performance metrics, and leverage emerging trends and technologies to maximize our online presence.

?Social Media Management: Manage and curate engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to foster brand awareness, increase followers, and drive user engagement.
?Content Creation: Develop and optimize content for digital channels, including social media posts, blogs, website copy, email newsletters, and other digital assets, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
?Paid Advertising: Implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI, optimize targeting, and track key performance metrics.
?Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention.
?Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to optimize website content, ensure user-friendly navigation, and drive conversions through effective call-to-action elements.
?SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and monitor website performance using analytics tools to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
?Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven metrics, and prepare regular reports to measure KPIs and ROI.
?Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback on various platforms to maintain a positive brand image and address customer concerns.
?Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to recommend innovative strategies and tactics
?Collaborative Initiatives: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
?Proven experience (1-4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B industry or a related field.
