Responsibilities / Job Description :
? Quality Management of Factory
? Window for customer audit for Current and New Model audit
? Window for control regarding to Process Change Request (PCR).
? Preparation of PPAP documents.
? Receive claim information from customer and Prepare 8D Report and 5 Why analysis report for customer claim and Internal defect (Countermeasure)
? Follow up & confirmation CAR of customer problem
? Follow up customer process audit comment
? Improvement line productivity, line balance, reduce cycle time, KAIZEN activities.
? Management Team for Supplier Quality Improvement activity
? Management operator for QCC activity
? Liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, suppliers
and other service providers.
Male/Female
Male & Female. Age not over 35 years old.
Bachelor s degree in Engineer or related fields.
Experience 3 - 5 years in Painting process, Injection process, Blow process in Automotive
Experience with Quality management system, APQP, Control plans, SPC, MSA, PFMEA and problem solving are required.
Negotiation skill , Have knowledge People Management
Experience Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPA, FMEA)
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
Proficient in Measuring tools (Color meter, Gloss meter, Coating Thickness, CF)
Have knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001
Good command in English / Can start work immediately
