รายละเอียดตำแหน่งงาน / คำบรรยายลักษณะงาน :
-Implement Recruitment Strategies in order to quickly fulfill job vacancies.
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate advertising channels.
-Planning channels and media sources, such as website, referral, networking and etc. to serve company requirement in the appropriate time and develop job advertisement to Analyzing, sourcing and reviewing applicants and organizing interview session to identify shortlist candidates.
-Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
-Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
-Other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
ชาย/หญิง Bachelor Degree or Master?s Degree in Bachelor s degree in HR, social science or law or any related fields.
At least 5 years work experience in HR Industrial and able to analyze all functions.
Good problem solving, decision making, leadership skills and creativity various tasks.
Good communication and presentation skill both of Thai and English.
Able to operate MS office for communication and presentation project.
