Serving as the first point of contact for user seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Provide end-user and problem resolution for computers, laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Being responsible for any task assigned by manager.

Bachelor degree major in Information Technology , Computer Science or any relate.
Minimum 1 years of practical IT experience required.
Good attitude, hardworking and high responsibility.
Good interpersonal skill.
Able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
A bility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
